I am doing research into driving and how I get my licence. Please could anyone tell me how they went about it how much it cost them and how long it took Thanks.

There is a small cafe on Campo lane, just behind the cathedral, called Woodland Holistics which are completely Nut Free as well as doing a wide range of Gluten Free(GF) and Dairy Free(V) products, as well as some soy free products. They do a wide range of paninis which are available GF and V and do a different homemade soup every week which is also GF and V. They also do a range of baked goods and snacks including cupcakes and scones which are GF and V, breakfasts including porridge and Waffles which are GF and V, and they are launching GF and V crepes from pancake day too.

I don't want to shamelessly advertise on this page as it's not what it is for, however, if I don't highlight what we're doing then no one will get to know about it and some people who are looking for a venue that caters for gluten free and dairy free may miss out. I run Woodland Holistics, a small Tea Room and Holistic Therapy shop behind the cathedral in the city centre and we also run a café from the site which specialises in specialist diets. We are a nut free zone but are also pleased to offer a range of gluten free foods including Panini, Baked Goods and Refrigerator Porridge. We also offer vegan options so for anyone who also wants/has to avoid dairy, we have something to offer. Further more, we now offer a catering service providing an extensive lunch and breakfast range that again caters for a range of dietary requirements. Opening in January 2013... Woodland Holistics Imagine going into a quiet, local shop, sitting in comfort and drinking a hand made hot chocolate, buying herbs and oils, and then relaxing with an aromatherapy massage. That’s the aim of Woodland Holistic. We want to make complementary therapies and a holistic approach to life more accessible to everyone, and take away the awkwardness in learning more about these options. We also want to help people around the planet while we’re at it. With this in mind we’re trying to make our shop as environmentally friendly, and self sustainable as possible. Energy use is a problem, especially for small businesses, so we will eventually have two solar units to help us power some of our equipment and wherever possible we will be using low powered apparatus. As there will be a lot of laundry produced by the therapy sessions, we will have a low powered washing machine on site. Also, we will be using eco-friendly detergents in the laundry, and to clean the premises. Water use is another issue, so as well as having a system to save 50% of the water used in flushing we will also try and recycle water in any way possible, be it in the sink or watering the plants. Recycling is important, so all our packaging is recyclable, and there will be offers available to customers for re-using packaging for repeat purchases. In addition, the shop will have a recycling bin for plastics, paper and organics. We will also strive to ensure our products are organic and fair-trade, guaranteeing everyone benefits; from source to customer. All in all, as a holistic retailer we aim to help the customer, the wholesaler and the planet; we really do take a holistic approach. Thanks, that would be great! We are now having a change of location though I'm afraid... Unfortunately, due to time and money constraints, we lost the property on Barber road, and because we want to offer the best services in the best location and provide the best setting, we are having difficulty in finding suitable alternate properties in Walkley or around Barber Road. Not to worry though, the property we are looking at now is just a hop, skip and a jump away on the edge of the city centre. It has the capabilities of being much more energy effiecient in the long run, and is much more accessible to more people. Don't quote me on it, but hopefully we should be opening our doors soon! Yes, you can get up to £418 a month, as long as your landlord will accept someone on Benefits, as I'm having massive problems finding an understanding landlord! Lindsay
