  1. why not just check for yourself via tinterweb or phone emma, it will be a dam site quicker than waiting for all the replies to come back from here.
  2. She's beautiful, did she actually come from your blood line? Congrats to you all from us.
  3. Hi Kayz I understand that you are just wanting to defend what you are trying to do here but an inexperienced photographer will work with with an experienced photographer to gain the skills needed to then go solo with his/her camera. An inexperienced person will **** the day up with what you are expecting. Can I ask you a question, when you got your provisional drivers license did you start driving by yourself straight away, or did someone show you how to drive first before you went solo. PS. Not all of us take the mick price wise but you have to take into account that the days shoot is only half the work, even though you only want the shots on disk, the original shots still need processing which is another few hours work. I wish you well in your search.
  4. Lmao Mat, very subtle but right. Kayz...unfortunately if you are only willing to pay peanuts then expect to get a monkey and remember, this is the day that has to be caught first time and thats what you pay for, the experience and staminer in a photographer to catch the whole day right, no second chances. There is also another aspect to what you are asking. Is it really fare of you to put an imense amount of pressure on an inexperienced person who is just trying to break into photography without much reward (especially for two shoots), I think it's quite selfish of you to do this to an inexperienced person....sorry to say this but others who read this may also agree with what I am saying. Thanks for listening and I hope you take on board the points I have discussed in the nicest way possible.
  5. Just experiment with lightroom, your only going to enhance whats already there in the shot. All they need is a little punch.
  6. They could be greatly improved with some PP work on the original RAW's. I find the shots a little flat as landscapes. Cheers, H.
  7. Came across this piece of software and have been having a play around with it for a couple of hours. The software is freeware at the moment and is quite impressive with a little more control than Adobe RAW. Here are the links for the main and download pages, if anyone is interested. http://www.rawtherapee.com/?mitem=3 http://www.rawtherapee.com/ Cheers, H.
  8. There is another route you could take and that is to rent a template design for a one off fee starting at around £70 and hosting it with a package at around £5p/m. Here are some templates that are quite easy to customize by using notepad on the relevant files. The dystructions are very simple to follow after the files are downloaded. http://allwebcodesign.com/setup/cool-2.htm There is also wix wix.com who have very simple and good web design software. They will also host your site starting at £5p/m and again just a domain to buy at £6 for 2yrs for a co.uk domain. Just a couple of idea's for you. Best of luck, H.
  9. Surely the answer to that question is "it's down to your own personal preference"
  10. oh.......................... the bread is the more interesting one
  11. Just having a butchers at DXO Optics pro 6, will let ya know my thoughts.
