  3. Hi everyone Im not to sure if this is the correct forum for this, if its not i apologise in advance I am trying to either find the belt buckle or to find a someone who can make it for me without having to order 200 etc.... I want a silver/ chrome belt buckle with a black outline on each of the 3 cheverons that signify the sgt rank in the military, for size i would like it to be 2" height and 4.5" width (typical large belt buckle really:)). I would greatly appreciate any feedback, as i have been looking on the internet for some time now and i would like to obtain it before the individuals birthday. Thankyou in advance for you time :) Kind regards Gareth x
  4. Not to sound cheap, but if i took two seperate class's i wud have to pay twice. Im only a student lol
  5. for me 1hr isnt enough, sure you get a sweat on and become out of breath, but it doesnt do anything for being able to push your self in terms of endurance and stamina.
  6. Hi there hope all is well. Iv been trying to find a good kickboxing school in sheffield, but the majority of schools seem to only have classes for adults that are 1 hr long, so by the time you have warmed up its over and i need more time to get fully into the training. So does anybody kmow a school that trains for 2 or more hrs? If the school has a web link please input the link so i can have a look please.
  7. howdy all. just a quick question. does anybody know where i can get thin but very heavy wrist/ankle weights, i can find heavy ones, but they are so bulky and make me look like papeye . i need thin and heavy. (if they are not around i will have to make my own) thanks guys Be r8.
  8. howdy all. does anybody know if there are any class's in sheffield for free running. thanks
  9. iv have just got back from holiday, so i havent looked yet. but its on my list on things to do. thanks for the check up though
  10. HOWDY to all who read this does anybody know of a place in sheff where i can learn either of the methods of healing mentioned above. thanks Be r8
  11. i never knew monkey had one i thought that they would be handy to have for easier transportation, and when i get bored at work or something, i can just wipped it out and have a little play with it. i believe that the idea is pretty sound, its just a shame that the practical side is a bit far off.
  12. do you know the name of the instructor? i will have no problem with learning kung fu, (hopefully). due to the fact that i am a very determined person which has no problems with hearing anybodys points in life or martial arts. all i really want is a good reccomended kung fu teacher the size of the class doesnt matter, there competion levels do not matter. Just a nice simple instructor with a good sense of humor who can show me the path so i can walk it.
  13. hence why i am trying to find a school. you already know me kato, so you know what im like and how i think
  14. trust you to say something like that. i will hopefully see you at poi club tonight?
  15. i know that there are other styles with a connection to shaolin, but from the books iv read, shaolin is the only style that i have found so far that can train my internal and external force with very good results. Thats why i am also interested in the 5 animal styles because each animal trains different parts of the body internally and externally.
