Anybody had any experience of Jasmine Court Nursing Home. A relative of mine may be going there and wondered what the care levels were like.

Hi Am using a compaq CQ61, virgin cable, who supplied a webstar modem when connecting me quite a while back. Every thing was Ok but recently i keep losing internet connection. " Internet explorer cannot display the web page" and there is a box to click in which says "Diagnose connection problems" I click the box and it runs through various things when finally it tells me to disconnect the power from the modem for 10 seconds plus. I do this and then connect the power, either i still dont get internet connection or when it does connect it can last a few minutes or a few hours. I can click the "more help" button and can get these messages "local area connection doesnt have a valid IP configuration" or "the default gateway is not available" can anybody help please, i dont know any internet jargon or understand computers, apart from knowing how to use it. IE keep it simple. many thanks to anyone who replies.
