  1. My new love. http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e100/jwetherall/small_Cute-Fluffy-Black-Black-And-W.jpg Im making an appointment for a vet check - but its been a while since I had a kitten in the house, could someone tell me at what age I can have the inoculations and when can she be spayed? Also - I need a new cat bed and cat activity centre (with scratch pole etc) - where the best place - price wise - to get them? thanks
  2. I have no issues with disability benefits - there but by the grace of god and all that .... I have every empathy with people going through hard times - looking for paid employment I have no time for able bodied people who will gladly live off state handouts - pump children out like theres no tomorrow - after all, - new baby = extra benefits. sadly the 'honest' benefit claimants do struggle financially on the handouts - however - the career ones live rent free, own cars, laptops, game consoles, have expensive TVs, leather suites, mobile phones - hardly a life of deprivation is it - and they are breeding a new generation of young people with asperations of getting their own council house - and 'screwing' the system for all its worth - education and career dont even factor. just my opinion.
  3. Yep - Im sick of paying for career job dodgers - and their kids.
  4. Some days its the best job in the world - other days its the most fustrating
  5. But it wouldnt work - only the responsible would be hit. and as for the fine - thats quite laughable - the people Im talking about are career benefit claiments - they'd be fined £1 per week (from their benefits) for hundred years! - and STILL be churning out litters to 'flog' to mates (other career benefir claiments)
  6. yep, all done - i really need a professional that knows what hes doing - Ive got so fustrated with it all now. I just need some numbers
  7. 1, Ive got a HP desktop on windows xp - I was on AOL - but switched to sky, now I can not connect to the internet (tried everything)- the system could probably do with a good clean up too (havent a clue what can or cant be deleted) 2, Compaq laptop on Vista - refused to open any internet (although stated it was conected) - by advice i 'restored to factory settings' - and now its a cabbage telling me to press cntrl +alt+del to restart - when I do ....... it tells me to press cntrl +alt+del to restart AGAIN and again and again. Im now on an old laptop thats about to give up the ghost!
  8. In a perfect world - a breeders licence would be a great idea - unfortunatly we aint in a perfect world. Such a licence would ensure responsible breedered adhered to the rules (which they do anyway) - irrisponsible breeders would carry on regardless without the licence. How many chav 'staffie owners have pedagree papers? and how many chavs do you see at cruffs showing their dogs? There'd still be a lot of 'lets mate our dogs and flog the pups for £100 each, no questions asked'
  9. Im the 1st one to get totally peeved off at all the unwanted pets out there - my blood boils when I read posts about 'wanting studs' especially for breeds such as staffies, - a lovely dog that have got years of bad press because of their chavvie 'owners' - and now kennels are full to bursting with this breed, and when I hear of people allowing their cat or dog to pour out litters - simply because their either too stupid or too irrisponsible to have their pet 'done' - Im telling you, I could comit murder. However - on the other side of the coin, If it wasnt for these idiots, I would have never had the pleasure of sharing my life with Pepe - sold as a lab cross ( complete joke - he was a total heinz 57) - but we had a wonderful 14 years together. TJ was locked in a cellar and left to die, - i adopted him from Rotherham cat protection and shared 19 years of love with him, then there was Penny, a cavie - who I was 'looking after' for a few weeks whilst her owners seperated,- she stayed with me for 8 years - she was taken too soon, only 8 1/2 years old and had a heart attack. I am greatful for ever day I spent with my beloved fluffies - and in all honesty, I can not say 'i wish they had never been born'
  10. totally buggered it now. i did a 'restore to factory settings' - and now I cant do anything with it - Im getting a black screen stating 'BOOTMG is missing, press ctrl + alt + delete to re start. When I do - It just comes back to the same screen! OOPs
  11. Ive lost the will to live Ive been told that it 'maybe' a windows operation in Vista that may be corrupt/missing - and I need to re-install Vista, could this be right? and how would I do that, the laptop came loaded up and I didnt get a disc with it?
  12. After washing mine - I use Mr Muscle window cleaner - brings them up lovely with no smears - for all of 5 mins before the rug rats put their dirty mits all over them again
  13. The laptops completely clean of AOL (thanks Stomp) - AOL have now stopped my account - so I cant even get on line with it - so I cant copy and paste anything. Its the normal ie window that opens - but states 'Internet Explorer Can not display the web page' (not in red) Underneath there is now 2 options - both links 1 - 'diagnose connection problems' When I click on it it tells 'Windows did not find any problems with this computers network conection. 2 - More information which tells me a load of crap - such as Ive spelt the web page wrong or make sure my SSL and TLS are checked (they are) Nothings checked in LAN settings (although Ive tried checking and unchecking all options and it still doesnt work yep - Im wireless - but also tred with hard wire - computer says Im connected to internet, just wont display any pages Ive had aol on all the house computers - all are running fine on sky, This was a problem even before switching servers - I bet its something really simple - I wish I understood technology!
  14. Ok - thoroughly gone through all programmes - found aol all over the place - now all deleted - and even emptied the recycle bin! All other settings seem ok (to a novice) - lan settings fine. When Im asking it to diagnose conection problem, its telling me 'windows did not find any problems with this computers network conection' - and my 'conectivity' is telling me I have excellent internet strengh - and its conected! Still cant get on line with the bloody thing tho
  15. Thanks guys, I'll give all your ideas a go when I get home keep your fingers crossed for me
  16. Hi when I get online via aol, I can access anything wiithout a problem, but can not open ie. If I try to get online with ie - and not open aol I can't ! It's so confusing
  17. Thank you for all your help - Ive tried everything I can think of, the tech guy could think of and the tips from you guys, Ive even uninstalled ie8 - and reinstalled it - still no joy. Thats it, I cant take anymore - Im going to smash the bloody thing up (I wont really - but I feel like it) Looks like its a trip to the computer shop for me!
  18. format?? Ive tried to downlaod ie8 - but its refusing and telling me I already have a newer version of ie downloaded??
  19. Im on the old laptop thats powered by hamsters in a wheel. I can get on line - using AOL, - and this problem was before i switched to sky, all other computers in the house are working with sky just fine, the computer is even accepting that Im hooked up to sky - and theres no problem with the internet conection. Ive already done everything you've suggested and still no joy, Its really puzzling me.
