i have worked with indians and somalians ,i found the indians very hard working and very racist towards pakistanis, the comment made earlier about ethnics doing the jobs that white british wouldnt do is not in my experience ,as a domestic cleaner in a hospital that has now closed down a few years ago we had to clean toilets as part of the job i was put with a new worker she was a polite somalian lady very well dressed but when explaining what her job entailed i.e. cleaning ladies and gents toilets she replied that this was dirty and would not do the job!! i explained and had to get a supervisor involved to cut along story short she refused point blank,and was given another job to do i however had to do the same as always but to add insult to injury she claimed i was racist because i had explained her job to her and she thought i was making her do this because i didnt like her!!!!!!! she lasted about a month she then left the nhs but all the time she was there she never cleaned a toilet!!!! how would this be interpreted i was employed as she was as a domestic my job description was cleaning toilets as all domestics did then the same wage as my somalian friend and only had to empty waste bins no toilets where is the justice in that!!! none, so not all foreigners who come to live in england do the jobs the white british wouldnt do!!!!

just a quickie to all the experts out there i love singin,i would love to record me singing a few cover versions then puttin on disc,but i havent the first clue on how to do,would i be wastin a studios time as im only an amature or r the studios open for all? what would the proffesionals advise as im desperate for advice , cheers for any input

he did wait the police have his details she was seen by a paremedic and we still have heard nothing its so frustrating i get the feeling because it wasnt too serious it does not come high on the police priority which leaves me to feel there is no justice,she is a victim she is traumatised she has been limping around for two weeks and has not recieved any support from the police or victim support !to say nothing of the driver,if if anyone is turning right into a junction you do not turn into the left hand lane you keep on the right side of the line,we are all told this when learning to drive also the pedestrian who is already on the road has RIGHT of way,so you can see why im so frustrated!

well where do i start ,i need to have a rant my daughter was crossing marcliffe road to go to the green shop sat eve 3rd feb she looked boths ways as taught! saw a car coming up wadsley lane wasnt indicating to turn right she then crossed the road almost reached the opposite side WHAM she gets hit just about where the give way sign is!(on the left of the road) luckily she wasnt to injured just bruising and bumps.Iknow im lucky that she has got up and is still here to tell the tale But to add insult to injury the driver comes out of the car and says to her you ran into the car!!!! what planet is this guy on he hit her on the wrong side of the road! he didnt even break till After he hit her!then when she called him a p**** he then began to laugh as though its some thing funny!my eldest daughter was sat in her car and saw the whole thing was soooooooooo distressed to see her 14yr old sister get hit fly up the windscreen then be thrown to the ground and has anything come of it yet NO today is13th feb i have recieved one phone call from police to say they will take a statement yesterday mon 12th still no sign of them im really dissapointed he has injured her traumatised her she is afraid to cross the road now her bruising is fading and nobody has been in touch ,because we were lucky!and she is alive nothing is to be done or so it seems,we will wait and see but not an apology from the driver no remorse or a how are you nothing what is the world coming too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i,ve seen him rap on the kareoke and i couldnt do it ,he is full of himself and he is not as lanky or skinny as he was ,he also did some collecting for cancer if i remember so he,s not all bad as for being talented?id rather not say but welcome to the forum and please accept my apologies for some of the harsh words from the rest of the forum im sure they really are nice people,if its what you want to do and it makes you happy go for it just dont try so hard ,people do not like overconfidence, it looks more like arrogance !
