I'm sorry to post that I found a ginger and white cat this morning, sadly passed away on Pontefract Road, Barnsley (across from Tuxford Crescent).
I took the cat into Vets4Pets, Barnsley, who kindly took them in and checked for a microchip. The cat had been chipped and thought to be from the Royston area.
The practice are making attempts to reach the Owner(s) and I've been advised to make an online post too in case the chip details are not up to date.
I'm afraid I don't know the gender of the cat. They had white markings on the chest area and paws.

I'm not sure where else would be best to post these details - any recommendations would be really appreciated.
