Sorry for bringing up an old thread but I was just wondering about specific areas in Broomhall. I understand that the Exeter Drive area and to a lesser extent the bit inside the ring road never Dev Green aren’t great, while the Groves is pretty middle class and generally seen as a nice area, however I was wondering what the area just south of Glossop Road is like. Specifically, I am looking at a student house on Filey Street (the north side of Broomspring Lane). Thanks if anyone can help!
