I've often been intrigued about where certain Sheffield celebrities live/lived. I don't necessarily need to know the street name and house number but it is interesting to know that Joe Cocker and Joe Elliot were from Crookes, and Peter Stringfellow was from Pitsmoor and Helen Sharman is from Grenoside, etc. I learned that Brian Epstein's mother lived in Sheffield but I can't seem to find info on where.

Everyone loved Elon Musk until he started opening his mouth and being opinionated on things like woke culture, etc. The Biden administration held some sort of event with EV manufacturers and Tesla wasn't invited, which I thought was very churlish and petty. So much for the "grown ups being in charge."

There is no way Russia can sustain this conflict for another year. Unless the Putin regime can concoct some face-saving pull-out so they can hold their heads high within BRICS, there's going to end up being a messy internal implosion.

I used to think this, but Chelsea are an example of how splashing the cash in and of itself doesn't bring you success. If Frank Lampard or Ole Solskjaer etc, were in charge of Man City with the same budget it would have been a shambles. Pep is a great manager.
