Nowt will get done, and if anyone does be it the police or public, they will play that useful card they have up their sleeve I know of quite a few people who have had issues round there, including a young lass who was mugged and someone put in hospital in a bad way (about 6 on 1 so really big men they are obviously) funnily enough all the victims were white, funny that!

Oh it more than exists way beyond those, way way way beyond, many many normal people not nazis, not racists, not just these Idiots more interested in feathering their own nest. Hopefully the point scoring few won't have the upper hand much longer and normal people of all races will, before the whole lot blows up in everyone's face.

There should be a lot more help for these people than there is, most of them are pretty vulnerable and just been hardened by living on the streets, I can see how they would seem intimidating as well to some people, I always try and say ''no mate etc'' if they ask for any change or whatever rather than just blank them, i think being ignored constantly must be soul destroying, granted some of them won't do anything to help themselves and even choose that life but plenty of them have just had a rough ride one way or another, I think a lot of people are arrogant to the fact that it won't and couldn't happen to them... It could happen to pretty much anyone. sad state of affairs.

I saw about 6/7 lads fighting with baseball bats in town about 3am last bank holiday Sunday on divison street, all dressed as though they were out in town for a drink, what they are doing with BB bats in town at that time when on a night out I have no idea, guessing they had them close by in a car or something, one guy smashed his bat into about 3/4 pieces over another lads back. Police were actually on it pretty quick which probably saved someone ending up in a really bad way.

You can't really put The republic and Bed in with the likes of Embrace/Kingdom, it was a laughing stock with that kind of community and the other 2 had some of the biggest nights in the country, In fact Gatecrasher was probably the biggest club night/brand in the world at one point.

It's never been ''the safest place to live'' its better than a lot of places, worse than a lot as well. Still would rather live here than pretty much any other big city in the UK but some of the claims are mental, half of the stuff that happens you just don't hear about for a start or gets swept under the carpet. Love the place but its deluded to make out its some kind of utopia

Nowt Grubby about my fingers pal, and maybe people are pointing their 'grubby' fingers at the foreigners because a disproportionate percentage are the ones causing the trouble! what do you mean? should we not say anything because they are foreigners? not mention the fact they are foreigners? pretend its not happening? Page hall and indeed Burngreave used to be pretty posh, there are some massive houses, granted it's not been posh for a fair while or even all that nice, does that mean people should just let it get worse and worse, run all the decent people out of the area and run the place into the ground? Good for you that you managed to leave, what about the people who have got no chance of leaving, too old, too low paid, have all their family/friends round there, grew up round there? If a country/people are good enough to offer you a chance of a better life, you'd do well to treat them with a bit of respect and hardly be surprised when they turn on you if you don't!!!

Can't believe some people have got the cheek to say the ones who have lived there for years should change in any way at all or move...why the hell should they? Have some respect for the decent people who have built a home and raised families there, If it was me I would be going nuts, its all well and good lecturing people how they should do this and that when you don't live in such an area. The problem is so many people have been sold all this Disney, prince charming, sex and the city crap etc and have totally mental expectations all round in what they expect/want, most of the time the same people who expect all this, ain't all that themselves looks wise or personality wise Speaking as a bloke most of my mates who are real sound lads and would never cheat etc get **** on every time!!! and the ones who treat women like **** get what they want when they want, cheat on partners all the time (they either have no idea (most of the time) or still think the sun shines out of their ass and forgive them when/if they do find out).
