  1. Seems like fake nails are in too as long as they are not coloured
  2. What ever Gallows Way promised he can deliver and doesn't is going to turn ugly and will be consumed by the people who elected him. The police are rightly sensitive to being called racist as they dont want their career blemished but everyone has to understand that the lowlifes will use lies and anything to get them out of the corner including lying and accusing others of wrong doing. No one bats an eyelid anymore to anyone shouting racist as everyone knows who the real racists are.
  3. Doesn't seem to have made the news much, thats a good thing hopefully.
  4. We have nuclear reactors in ships and submarines so it wont be that long before we have them in cars. The experiments might blow half of Europe sky high in the process but its worth it.
  5. The light pollution is lighting up the high cloud base so not much chance of seeing the lights at the moment, my try again in a few hours. Make sure you are facing North if you are looking for the lights and close your eyes for a few minutes to get used to low light.
  6. Number stations with pre recording samples https://priyom.org/number-stations/english
  7. You can listen to UVB-76 on youTube
  8. It makes economic sense for drivers doing more than 20k miles/year to use electric so you would see more of them as motorway traffic. Since they were unable to collect the information required in order for a proper study they have wasted the opportunity.
  9. UK representatives will be there for reporting back not forward operating. We must support Ukraine until Russia is repelled. Putin will die at some point.
  10. This clown will not represent Rochdale in any way. Neither will this clown make any difference in Gaza.
  11. At least we know where the UK's live test area is now.
  12. You might think its ridiculous now and same of those 200 years ago when people built homes near rivers and water supplies. Just can't do it anymore its not ethical or sustainable. Rivers need to be a clearway a mile wide, half a mile either side, full of trees and left to wildlife.
  13. Bunch of idiots coming up with idiotic plans. Where have these idiots been for the last twenty odd years? There should be a national rule not to build homes within half a mile of a river, or at least a kilometre with foundations or full ground works elevation above 10m from normal water levels. Homes for rats.
  14. Scam calls are costing us millions. You can report text scams easily https://www.comparitech.com/blog/vpn-privacy/fraud-losses-foreign-calls/#:~:text=By using the number 7726 (which consequently spells “spam”)%2C users can immediately forward and report a scam text to authorities.
  15. The DP World Tour Golf Trophy has to be one of the weirdest cups going. That was an excellent run by Joe Dean and so glad he is doing well again. I will have to do some Morrisons online orders.
  16. Are there any age limits to the support as an autism assessment can be done at any age with many not realising they may be on the spectrum until it has been pointed out to them?
  17. Now that's impressive! Should have good views of the Sheffield cycling Grand Prix if its open for the 17th July.
  18. Age of criminal responsibility is 10 years old. I am very aware that not every child develops the same and at no time has anyone said that Begum suffers from development delay which have been taken into account. It is draconian, it has to be and as for your playing into extremists then thats your opinion. We have to protect society with rules and laws and those that seek parts to kill or glorify killing will face the consequences. Money would be better spent sending over a tourist with a mission and end this.
  19. My 15 year old is very capable of making judgements for herself and accepting any of the consequences of that action. Begum was not trafficked in the slightest and was very capable of making the journey out of the UK. This serves as a reminder to those that were or are thinking along similar line,s and will have saved many more children from taking the same journey.
  20. I was was chartered engineer years back. Anyway I was in close support, probably about 6 foot this morning from council staff on a decent road surface taking the kids to school on the A57.
  21. I cant find any reference to it but I once heared that german autobahns are half a metre thick concrete. Our roads are millimetres thick of one or two bound pieces of tarmac. They need to be bound much better with at least double depth AND supported with understanding why the hole is there in the first place with a suitable ballast foundation. The shape of a road is supposed to be slightly curved so its high in the middle and slopes to the gutters. What you see now is a wave of HGV tracks in each lane.
  22. You wont get funding if it works so a failure will mean lots of funding and lots of testing to get the capability measure back. A great way to do testing as its not portrayed at any aggressor.
  23. He tried rightly to give everyone an equal say. He did the right thing, everyone else didn't. Good man, no Teflon shoulder pads.
  24. The noble motions put forward for immediate ceasefire and temporary ceasefire from all members and parties of the UK goverment is unanimous. Unfortunately, it does not help the palestinians or isrealis focus on a way to end hostilities. The unconventional tactics of hamas fighters are still causing massive civilian casualties and have not learned that it is them that are making the civilians targets. Why have the civilians not learned, or willing to learn, or able to learn that it is the hamas fighters among them that are casusing them to be killed. The answer is that the palestinians are brain washed, as you never hear them say we tried to tell hamas to get lost, they love hamas and hate everyone else. This going to tell the teacher you shot me thing isnt working and glad israel and major powers are not falling for it, like some african counties who don't know any better When bad things happen you have to stand up an not be rattled or emotional. The dissmantling of hamas will happen at whatever cost, The fighters and civilians must be seperated in order for the civilians to stand any chance of survival. I've said before that Egypt has chosen not to help palestinians escape Gaza and bolstered the borders so blood is on their hands too.
  25. As we are seeing in Parliament right now with the SNP putting forward a ceasefire motion they spat their little dummy out when the labour party motion was put through before theirs. You would expect normal people to be able to have their sa,y but even politicians are losing it. The nationwide protests are great to see but even the police know they couldn't handle anyone with oppsing views anywhere near which is a shame that they know that these protesters are only peaceful as long as it is going their way. Any opposition and it will be chaos so its best the brave counter protester is led to safety.
