Hello Has anyone got the knowledge of the layout of TW wards that had Lizzie the elephant has their work hard animal during the war, I believe my Grand parents lived in a house/flat on site and would love to know more about it before they left to live on Hillsborough. many thanks Alan Bradley

Good morning, sorry to only just replying to you, I have missed this message from you and I apologise for this. Henry was/is my Grandad being my mother's Dad. My mother is Margaret Bradley formally Hill and they lived at TW Wards. I don't know much about mum's side of the family due to them having some kind of disagreement but now mum is opening up a little and telling some stories from her past. Yes mum too talks about the elephant lizzie and the camels from the circus which was borrowed to TW Wards. Does anyone have any information about Henry Hill who worked with lizzie the elephant and was a watchman at TW Wards. He had 8 kids with his first wife and two children with his second wife, he lived at the site of Wards.
