Remains of a building at Lydgate Lane playground?

It is definitely not an old building. I grew up in Crosspool in the 50's and it was still kown as the quarry at that time. You could see into it from the footpath running along the top boundary leading to Forres Avenue. At that time (& into the 60's) it was just a tip.
