I fished this pond tonight. Well from 6.00 until i couldn't see the float. I fished to te side of the lily patch in the middle of the pond with sweetcorn laid on te bottom. Its only about two and a half feet deep. I started with maggots but was blighted by perch. Nothing wrong with them but i was looking for larger fish. I had eight nice crusian carp and four roach up to 8 oz. Not a bad session. Anyone know if there are any bream in it?

Hello I've been looking on Google maps for fisheries and wondered if anyone could help me identify a couple. First is one just west of Tankersley golf club and te second is a very close to that and is slightly south west near High Green school. Both look like they have platforms installed. Thanks

Hi at the risk of sounding like te title of this thread. I am wonderibg if there are any clubs or groups that get trips out to fish venues that are not the usual carp fisheries etc. I am not too bothered about match fishing and i am not after going every week. I do have transport but my car is shared with my wife who needs it most weekends. So my fishing tends to be local only so she can drop me off and pick me up. So fishing the trent for example is difficult. I am very happy to contribute to petrol costs etc. I live in S10. This obviously is for when the plague is over I know... Im Billy no mates

Just been to dam flask to check if its open yet but its not. Seems a bit wierd that other venues have been re opened but its still shut. Anyone got any info

Looking for help. Do you know if these two venues are open for fishing yet please? Ulley res. Elsacar res. I took a trip to underbank last night and could see no information posted anywhere and the ticket machine seems to have disappeared since the last time I fished it. Cheers

Hi everyone I am newvto this group. I am getting back to fishing after a long spell. I am looking for a a list of Local venues that are well known for bream fishing. I used to fish worsbrough years ago but i heard they stuffed it full of carp which sort if puts me off. I know about Ulley, dam flask and underbank. Looking for others in and around south Yorkshire/ Derbyshire area. Also whats open and whats not yet Thanks
