Hello! I'm moving over to Sheffield in the summer and I am looking to buy my first house. Ideally I want a small 2 bed house and I have a max. budget of £130,000. Can anyone suggest any areas? Mainly looking for somewhere relatively safe with a park nearby. My new job is in the south too so places like Hillsborough might be too far. Thanks for your help! J
