  1. Total bug bearer when people park stupidly outside schools, specially when there are restrictions in place for a reason. Think the drivers that do must have got there licences out of lucky bags because not only are they putting themselves at risk they are also putting other people and children at risk.
  2. Think due to events that happen nowadays it is more common than not for police to do random checks at random events specially places like train stations, shopping centres etc. But then again could be to do with football i suppose although couldn't see football fans carrying luggage?.
  3. There are some amazing genuine homeless people out there that are really trying to get a break in life. When you see someone with a dog it doesn't necessarily mean that they are doing it to pull at heart strings, get more money etc etc, Remember that for some they may have not been homeless when they had the dog and as we all say a dog is for life not just for Christmas, therefore they may not be able to let go. I know most homeless people i know look after their dogs more than they actually look after themselves. That being said i would always say not to offer money, always offer to buy a hot drink, food, something for the dog anything that doesn't involve you handing money over. Any genuine homeless person will be grateful of a hot meal etc. Sadly most homeless people do have a addiction of some sort whether that be alcohol, drugs or both therefore offering to buy them a hot meal or something for the dog etc, doesn't fund their habit and they will be grateful of a full belly.
  4. Most of the time you will find these are sonic booms from RAF aircraft, not sure if any where launched for any reason on this particular day but may be worth checking. Sure a quick check of google would clear things up.
  5. Sorry to hear about the theft, There is lots of CCTV within the store and also within the vicinity. The best advise would be report to the police and allow them to review cctv as unfortunately there is a lot of red tape which means only certain people can review CCTV. Radios are still used to communicate with most shops within this area but it just depends whether security see this as a option, Again you would think this would be the first thing they do however some or not as brainy as others.
