Just to let you know, CrossFit S2 is opening just off Park Square roundabout (Unit 9, 1 Maltravers Road, S2 5AA) next week. We're inviting anyone and everyone looking to improve their fitness and health to come and check us out. We're running induction sessions for beginners for the first two weeks and if you sign up for these you get your first month of CrossFit free!
