Personally cant see a problem, just that nearly all DDR400 memory runs at 2.6 volts....is there any reason why you are interested in the 2.5volt.

VP congestion is ALWAYS sky high (what does this mean?)
Savannah2 replied to vidster's topic in Computer & Tech Chat
your line goes to the DSLAM in the exchange and your data will go along a "virtual path" from the exchange to the BT ATM network, that's the BT Wholesale constant wherever you connect to, whichever ISP (though different ISPs may be on different virtual paths). Once on the BT ATM network your data goes to your ISP via a "BT Central" which also happens to be managed by BT Wholesale. For the speedtest login it goes direct to a BT Wholesale server. So testing with your standard login an the speedtest login may show a difference in performance if the BT Retail Central Plus pipe or onward internet connection is congested. Congestion in the exchange, VP congestion or a dodgy line would be common to both. BTW fix VP problems by upgrading the backhaul on that VP to give it more bandwidth. -
Try this ....it worked when i used Firefox... type about:config into the location bar, press enter, right click any line, choose "new">"integer", paste this into the dialogue that appears: browser.cache.memory.capacity click okay, specify the amount in kb in the next dialogue that appears (I set 16000), restart firefox.

Firefox, though, has extensions, and this is one area where it's far superior to IE7...I personally prefer K-Meleon it is "leaner" than Firefox. Itried IE7 on the lastest release of Vista, certainly looks better than IE6, but have MS left it 5 years to late and are they simply changing the color of the lipstick on its pig.

If you have your copy of Windoze then try these Method 1: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x Repair for Windows XP * From the Start menu, select Run. * In the Open field, type sfc /scannow (Note: There is a space between sfc and /scannow) * Select the OK button. * Follow the prompts throughout the System File Checker process. * Reboot the computer when System File Checker completes. Method 2: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x Repair for Windows XP * From the Start menu, select Search, select All Files and Folders. * Select More Advanced Options and place a checkmark beside Search Hidden Files and Folders option. * Ensure that Search System Folders and Search Subfolders are also checked. * In the All or Part of the File Name box, type ie.inf * In the Look In drop-down menu, select C: or the letter of the hard drive that contains the Windows folder. * Click the Search button. * In the search results pane, find the ie.inf file located in Windows\Inf folder. * Right click the ie.inf file and click Install on the context menu. * Reboot the computer when the file copy process is complete. Or you can download IE6 from here

Inserting Page Numbers in Footers 1.Choose Insert - Footer and select the page style that you want to add the footer to. 2.Choose Insert - Fields - Page Number. If you want, you can align the Page Number field as you would text. You can also add a page count to the footer, for example, in the form "Page 9 of 12": 1.Click in front of the Page Number field and type "Page ", click after the field, enter a space and then type "of ". 2.Choose Insert - Fields - Page Count. Inserting Page Numbers of Continuation Pages You can easily insert the page number of the next page in a footer by using a field. The page number is only displayed if the following page exists. 1.Choose Insert - Footer and select the page style that you want to add the footer to. 2.Place the cursor in the footer and choose Insert - Fields - Other. 3.In the Fields dialog, click the Document tab. 4.Click 'Page' in the Type list and 'Next page' in the Select list. 5.Click a numbering style in the Format list. If you select 'Text' in the Format, only the text that you enter in the Value box is displayed in the field. 6.Click Insert to insert the field with the page number. This anygood?
