Hi, I worked for Bradbury Construction as a painter, decorator and signwriter, I did my apprenticeship there, I started in 1961 and left in 1976. Nevs second name was Dawson,worked with him many times, he was a good friend. Sadly lost touch with everyone after leaving as I moved away from the area. Anyone remember Roy Mellors, painters shop foreman, Jack Shirt, main mechanic in the garage. I believe Archie Adams from the joiners shop is still with us, and I still see Dennis Crofts from time to time.
