Your assertions ignore the apprenticeships levy and the way in which this has changed the whole vocational training ( and vocational higher education ) sector in the past 5 or so years

the shoddy finish is the pressure to deliver *barely acceptable* product in the shortest possible time i get the impression that especially for Brickies because aren't the big firms to train people in the same way as we might see with electrics or plumbing

Currys do not sell contract phones online under their own Name Currys mobile ( in store) / CPW sell contracts and do not sell retail O2 contracts and when they did they din;t sell refresh, just traditional fixed term contracts where the device was bundled into the cost quite clear you don't know very much about the business as if you were up to speed you'd know who owns Mobiles.co.uk and E2save and which netWorks they sell Argos do not sell 02 phones / contracts either ...

NO unless the Uni is the property owner UoS iirc disposed of it's housing stock on residential streets in the 2000s when they did the big redevelopment down Ranmoor and started getting commercial student flats closer to town - as in the late 1990s quite a few of the 'mature ' ( as in older when starting Uni regardless of what Degree they were reading ) and Nursing / Medical students were accomodated in houses on random roads in Crookes/ Crookesmoor owned by the Uni as self catering / quieter/ no Christmas or Easter shut down - but equally no resident staff (unlike halls and soem of the larger flats complexes) , limited cleaning service ( kitchen / dining room / bathroom once a week ) and you had to get your own BT line if you wanted a phone ... hence the demographic skew to Mature and/or Health Professional students waste disposal in excess of the domestic waste service is the responsibility of the landlord

absolutely nowt to do with the device you are using , everything to do with having a new or updated contract seems to attract spam part of the problem is that there is EDI between networks and retailers to show if someone is still in contract or the type of contract they are one and this is mised , as well as information leaking from the networks and major retailers by corrupt staff
