Awwww I remember this as a shopping centre with the massive escalators running through the middle.

Debenhams inside is quite shabby too, gouged walls and dirty ceiling tiles, the Poundland is better looked after!
Yes, this is what interests me and the incident took place at a time when CCTV was just being introduced. I watch local news shows and there is never any follow up to it on there. The restaurant is now a Chinese place, so any associates with the Flying Pizza Company must be long gone. I am just trying to think of a motive.
Totley, Ecclesall, Whirlow, Fulwood, Ranmoor, Bents Green, Greystones & Bradway are lovely districts, Stannington, Firth Park, Darnall, Firshill, Chapeltown, Stocksbridge and Wicker are high crime areas and to be avoided.
Made By Jonty is very good and located on Sharrowvale Road, you should make a booking first though as this place can be busy, they do wine and beer and prosecco too.
I have been researching the unsolved murder of the Flying Pizza diner in the 1990s, on Glossop Road in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. I cannot find out who lost their life or why and there are no news reports. Does anyone know what time of day this happened please? Were any suspects ever arrested please? Does anyone know?
