What route would you suggest then that takes the replacement bus as near to as many of the existing stops as possible? My example was just a best guess, I actually dont know which route they are taking but in order to serve as many stops as possible (or as near to them), my example makes perfect sense.

In which case ask the seller if his mobile device or computer can be used to sort the tax/insurance out, cant see why this would be an issue. And dont buy insurance for a car you may not buy, that is an unnecessary level of faff.

Ok so how are people driving to the area going to be aware these restrictions on all these roads exist? Surely they have to put some form of signage on them all or it can easily be contested on an appeal.

If my car is taxed, MOT'd and insured I can park it anywhere there are no parking restrictions, I have never heard of a temporary "permit scheme" being brought in, surely there would have had to have been a Public Notice and you would have to repaint roads and put signs up etc... for that to be anywhere near legal?
