My parents have lived on that estate for four years and liked it at first. However, in the past couple of years they have experienced more and more trouble from local youths hanging around, throwing egss at their window, ringing their doorbell and generally being a nuisance. The police accept there is a problem around ther but don't seem to be able to do much to move them on as the kids live in the area.

I'm 27 rather than 18-24. does that matter? have tried a couple of reading groups before but found them too formal.
