Hi. I'm 31 and used to play football at uni but then got a lot more focused on netball. In recent terms I keep getting a hand injury so would like to get into football instead. Finding it hard to find a training session that is open to women of any age with a little experience. Looking for suggestions please?

Hi, I wanted to start a single parents group because of the added importance of community support for such parents and the specific challenges lone parents face. I also wanted the group to support single parents in the long term, specific challenges they face when forming blended families. Hoping it could be a great way of supporting other step parents etc

Hello. I also live in Greystones! We go to a lovely little group on a Friday which is at the church just down the road from the Spar on Ecclesall Road. It's 9.30-12 and you have to come round the back of the church where you'll find a door with some steps leading up to it. Just ring the bell and someone will come and let you in.
