  1. Boris hasn't won yet and he may not win. The EU will move when they need/have to. They will be dealing with a Brexiteer I think and not someone who wished to remain anyway. Can't see the Tories electing a retainer again. Post 49 does.
  2. The numbers in Parliament will change, the DUP will come back on board if Boris bins the backstop or any Brexiteer does.
  3. Yes I do, but we've been warned about discussing it in this thread.
  4. Well there's going to be plenty of candidates for the job and the facts are deliver Brexit prior to the next election or get obliterated in said election. They must have some sort of plan in their heads, going to be interesting whoever gets it.
  5. So, going back on topic. Steve Baker for me (I think) and he needs to surround himself with Brexiteers as this is where TM failed miserably. Boris just divides people too much.
  6. We have to stop now as the thread is about Boris for PM.
  7. I believe, ultimately it wants to take the power from the people and put future generations into the hands of large corporations. They know where they're going with it and what they are trying to achieve. It is destined to fail.
  8. I've a feeling you are wrong, we'll see. I think if we don't leave we have to find a way of destroying the EU from inside.
  9. It's OK to stand at the back and shout we want this and we want that but when they become responsible for delivering it then they do change tack. We'll see. I personally think Steve Baker could well be the bloke to deliver it. He's level headed and committed to delivering Brexit.
  10. He's the voice of reason, I think he has a great chance of becoming leader and delivering Brexit.
  11. Just seen Steve Baker on Twitter saying he's seriously considering it. I think he'd get my vote if he makes the last two.
  12. I agree with the bit about a Brexiteer but I'm not sure about Boris but I could be convinced. The fact of the matter is whoever gets the job will ned to deliver Brexit prior to the next election or the Conservatives are finished.
  13. Then I apologise to the OP. So, what's your thoughts on the thread?
  14. I'm sure the feelings are mutual, they always have been. Without a doubt, I look forward to your demise. I'm looking forward to seeing wilder with his face screwed up. But how did you turn this thread into a post about utd, or was that me?
  15. Good post, why was parliament insistent on removing no-deal? They were just trying to scupper the whole lot. If he makes the shortlist he'll win it. I'm not sure he's the right one to be honest, but they need a Brexiteer. I can't make my mind up so I'll just wait and see what's offered before deciding.
  16. It will go downhill for you from now on. And it should be "being" not "been", simple error which quite a lot of people make.
  17. It's all going to end in tears for utd. This court thing is going to determine their future. However it turns out, both McCabe and deep pockets are looking to cash in their chips. The problem they have is the sharks, i.e. who are looking to buy clubs just like utd, it isn't going to finish well I can assure you of that.
  18. https://www.thestar.co.uk/sport/football/sheffield-united/latest-blades-news/sheffield-united-co-owner-prince-abdullah-hired-adviser-to-wear-down-kevin-mccabe-67273?fbclid=IwAR2N8O0LS19D-2ZvN05X0fKbNWw9D13gYZ57YC9b6gUvFyFcreXCTCu6hrc I'm loving this, old poundland's going to run off with the crown jewels isn't he?
  19. I'm looking forward to the new season already for 2 reasons, The Massive will storm the Championship under Bruce and the meltdown in the other third of the city as we see the usual.
  20. You need to get yourself up to speed with what's happening in court. You'll not be seeing any of that.😂
  21. Think they'll be staying at utd to be honest, there's not going to be any funds available for investing in the utd squad. I can see this court case and the fall out from it having a detrimental effect on the playing side.
  22. Fact of the matter is if you're good enough you'll get a job. Anyone thinking Heskey could walk into a Premier League managers job are deluded. He'll have to start at the bottom and work his way up. Sol Campbell has (although I seem to remember him having a similar whinge). Not sure how Campbells Macclesfield finished up, I know they were struggling and I think he had quite a good impact when he first got the job but I lost track after that. There has been a few black managers but they fell a bit short, for whatever reason. The bloke at West Prom was doing a good job but it went bottoms up for him. Then there was Chris Hughton at Brighton but he was on a hiding to nothing there as I don't think he had enough funds to do any better. Chris Powell was doing a good job at Charlton as well, but again they got rid when the results weren't going there way. Football clubs crave success and anyone intimating they'd turn their noses up at a black manager who'd give them that success are deluded. Ince just wasn't good enough. I'm sure Heskey would get a job if he's got his badges but again, he needs to start at the bottom and prove his worth.
