I am trialling a new breastfeeding workshop for The Daisy Foundation which is designed to support parents in their preparations for, understanding and expectations of breastfeeding their baby. The workshop covers: -Benefits of breastfeeding for Mum and baby -Anatomy and physiology of breastfeeding -Positioning and attachment (latching on and different breastfeeding positions) -Challenges and barriers to breastfeeding and how to overcome them As this is a new workshop and its content is currently being piloted, it is being offering at a heavily discounted rate in return for your feedback (which will help shape the format and content going forwards).   8. From September I will be teaching Daisy Birthing Active Antenatal classes on Wednesday evenings, at Walkley Community Centre. Classes are suitable from the 14th week of pregnancy and combine education, yoga based movement, relaxation and friendship ❤ I took these classes throughout both of my pregnancies and loved them so much I decided to train as a teacher!! ? They were a real lifeline for me during pregnancy and maternity leave - hoping to spread the love!
