It is perfect for anyone completely new to yoga or those who might be returning after a long time away from it.   11. Join us for a special charity restorative yoga workshop for women on Sunday 11th March from 2-4.30pm, in celebration of International Women's Day. Profits will be donated to Sheffield Area Refuge and Support (SARAS) which offers a safe, supportive space for women and their children to live after leaving abusive relationships. We'll be guided into deep relaxation using the support of blankets and bolsters, helping to restore our energy levels.
