  1. I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but this is against FA and junior league rules, unless all of the children involved are 6.

  5. Handsworth Girls are still looking for players. Their details should be available on line, but the manager is Darren - 07809449890
  6. new rule brought in for dissent. Time spent on the side instead of being sent off. No fine and the kid can come back on. Team still has to play with reduced amount of players.
  7. Personally, I think that the SDJSFL is one of the most progressive junior leagues in England. The idea of the sin bin, is to improve respect and deal with the issue of dissent. For me it is a great idea and one which I welcome. Admittedly, the issue at junior level will be managing the timing of the sin bin, whilst also managing the game.
  8. Tinsley JFC are looking for players to compliment existing teams at u10-u14 age groups for the 2017/18 season. Training is held at Tinsley Meadows S9 1WB at 6:30 on Thursday evenings. https://www.clubwebsite.co.uk/tinsleyjuniorsfootballclub/276536/Home New under 7s team training from 8th June.
  9. I am currently in the process of starting a new u7 football team for next season (2017/18). I have 20+years coaching and am stepping down to u7s as my own child would like to play. I have a number of players who are already training with us and would like to look for a couple more, or indeed several more (as we could have 2 teams). Please DM me for more info

  12. Waqar, could you confirm what coaching badges / experience you currently have and whether you hold the necessary criminal record certificates as any junior clubs would need you to have this. If you don't have them, I am sure many clubs will try to support you in achieving this. Also, do you hold any referees badges etc?
  13. google JUNLEAGUE select clubs from the options and you will see a list of all clubs in the Sheffield and district junior league. I don't believe that clubs can sign players after Jan or Feb though.
