It's basically impossible to catch someone for this. Just refuse access to your property to any police requesting to search, not a chance they would get a warrant for this, and ISP records cannot conclusively prove Kodi (or similar equipment) usage. A load of hot air, just like when they tried to scare everyone about downloading torrents. Everyone still does it and no one ever gets in trouble really.

Do you really think a young child who is in a learning environment should be made to feel uncomfortable and distressed and spend their energy on "holding it in" instead of just being allowed to go for a pee like any human or animal should be allowed? Sometimes I don't think the ethnicity is relevant, but on the flipside it is frustrating when an effort to conceal the ethnicity is made. For example hen that nutter Stephen Stevens recently went on the run in the US after killing that old man on facebook live, CNN gave his description as; Bald Male 230lbs Ford car *insert clothing description* That was about it. Why not just say he was black, that was his most distinguishing feature, and certainly not racist when issuing an armed and dangerous persons description.

Uber is waaayyy too expensive in my opinion. Recently I've used City taxi's new app , it's very similar to Uber except you don't link it to your bank account and still pay the driver. Much cheaper also. The only time I really use Uber is when I'm in Bangkok and need to go on a longish journey like the airport and I can't find a local taxi who will use the meter or give me a decent set price.

All cultures and races have a history of crimes akin to paedophillia/rape/sex slavery etc.. It just seems that the current trend seems to be that it is more prevalent with Asian males against white girls. And it's undeniable that the media won't cover it the same way as if it was white males against young muslim girls, and its even more apparent that the police and social services have not done their jobs in may of these cases.

When we came out of contract nothing else was signed or discussed, we just continued to pay rent and nothing was mentioned about being out of contract.

Hi all, just need a bit of advice before I challenge my landlord about the final payment at the end of my tenancy. I moved into the property via a letting agent on 15th August 2014, and after a year signed a seperate private agreement with the landlord (which I cant find now) to extend the tenancy for another year to take me up until September 2016. So now I am out of contract since September 2016. I have given him a months notice just before the new year, so therefore notifying him I would be leaving at the end of January 2017 (1 months notice). The landlord has said that I owe a full months rent for the final payment, however, as I moved in on the 15th of the month, and paid a month in advance, surely I only owe fro the 15th Jan until the end of Jan, instead of owing a full months payment. Can anyone confirm this to me? Thanks in advance
