  1. You have a short memory. Obama was a full blown dirty lying piece of garbage who promised lots but invaded more. He is disgusting. Say what you want about Trump, he has his faults but he wants what is best for the whole of America. Not just his elite friends. The one saving grace of Trumps win is that Hitlary the rape apologist, women hating, Wall streets pet Clinton did not win. Had she won then we would all be gearing up for war with Russia. You prefer that scenario do you? ---------- Post added 09-02-2017 at 00:57 ---------- Dont listen to lame stream media. He did not mock a disabled person. Anyway, he won. Get used to it. America finally did something right.
  2. Not so. I was hit on a roundabout a few years ago. It was his fault and he blamed me, no independent witnesses but after a while I got the decision in court. The district judge simply said after hearing both sides that he preferred my evidence. I wont bore you with all the details but I hope my experience offers you some hope. I really do wish you well with this.
  3. Good job the op didn't ask you. That's terrible advice. sorry but you sound quite bitter.
  4. Cheers for that Robin ---------- Post added 27-01-2017 at 17:27 ---------- Hi, its Diverticulitis He also has some bowel issue left over from a sickness bug, the hospital believe this is what started the whole thing off. The bad news is it could take time to resolve but the good news is my lad is eating better, putting on weight and whilst he is still in pain all the time the pain is lessening almost daily Gone from a 9 to an 8 and now he states its about a 7 Thanks for asking and sorry for the late reply
  5. The way I read it im guessing the OP has already changed the colour of the calipers and now wants to return them to standard looking ones I could be wrong though.
  6. Thank you for that. I do apologise to you and everyone though as I was meant to reply to these posts at the weekend. But as often happens things just got really busy sat and sun so this is my first real opportunity. ---------- Post added 16-01-2017 at 11:25 ---------- Thank you for that. Its so nice to have so many caring people rightthere at the end of an internet connection. Sheffield Forum is really a caring place You lot are stars! ---------- Post added 18-01-2017 at 15:37 ---------- My boy comes home tomorrow :banana: He is still unwell but the pain can be managed as an outpatient and he still has a few tests to get done but he is now well enough to come home. I just want to say a big thank you to the people who have posted their best wishes and messaged me with kind words help and advice. You lot really helped take a load off the old shoulders. Thank you everyone From a Very Very Very Happy Daddy
  7. Thank you for sharing. I can tell that was not easy. Protocol. Yes, they used that word quite a lot so a big thanks for the heads up. Thankfully he is now in the NGH and he is showing signs of improvement. Not much but the signs are there. The nurses cant do enough for him and he feels really settled and looked after. He says he feels safer too so its all good or at least getting there Thank you again, I hope your dealings with Rotherham are behind you now ---------- Post added 16-01-2017 at 11:15 ---------- Thank you. I appreciate the kind words. ---------- Post added 16-01-2017 at 11:16 ---------- He is in now. Thank you for that ---------- Post added 16-01-2017 at 11:18 ---------- We Will be making a formal complaint but I cant see us suing. I dare say people on occasion have a good cause to sue but we just want the people who let our boy down dealing with. Thanks for your post mate ---------- Post added 16-01-2017 at 11:20 ---------- Spot on. Thankfully no need to contact my MP as he has now been moved. He likes the Northern a lot more but is a bit miffed he cant get Wifi Bloody kids eh ---------- Post added 16-01-2017 at 11:21 ---------- Thank you Lyndix Thats really nice of you to say ---------- Post added 16-01-2017 at 11:22 ---------- Cheers fella. Yep a fresh set of eyes will hopefully yield results.
  8. Hi everyone. I will respond to each post individually however before i can do that (later this evening) I wanted to post an update He is now in the NGH...Phew! He got there yesterday and had a settled night. His meds have been altered and the new ones seem to be helping a little, his drip is out, the tube in his stomach is out He may still be in hospital for a while, hopefully not but if he needs to be then at least he is somewhere his mum and me have more faith in. The NGH have decided to re do all his tests as they have doubts of he results so they want to double check. This is encouraging and hopefully the docs at the Northern can tie down whats wrong quick smart. As I say I will answer everyones posts individually but for now I wanted to update you all and also say a huge thanks to all who have posted and everyone who has messaged me about this. Its been a big help and I have got someuseful info which helped out at the hospital. As with the thread, Ill be replying to all the messages this evening Thank you all once again From one Very Happy Daddy
  9. Leave it out will you? ---------- Post added 10-01-2017 at 20:18 ---------- Thank you for that. Its certainly appreciated. However Ive been able to secure some funds from my bank. I got a loan and an extension to my OD so If I take him private I can get hold of just over £11,000 at short notice. The wheels have been put in motion and he will be going to the NGH hopefully this week, In the mean time im going to be getting in touch with a few private hospitals, see where the land lies Thank you again for taking the time to post ---------- Post added 11-01-2017 at 18:32 ---------- Before I post an update I just want to apologize to the people who have pm'd me as I am unable to answer right now Im just so angry and rather upset. Last night I almost lost my boy. Through incompetence of the highest order he was given medication he is allergic to and the hospital know this. If it were not for the actions of his mum who after talking to him on the phone grabbed a cab, went to the hospital and had to BEGGED THEM to stop administering this medication he could very well be dead. Last night was the worst of our lives. If you have anyone in Rotherham hospital get them the hell out!!! If you cant remove them then please please please make sure someone knows EXACTLY what medication should be given and check EVERYTHING that is administered! Thank you for reading and as soon as I can Ill be replying to all the messages Thank you
  10. Thank you for that ---------- Post added 10-01-2017 at 14:07 ---------- Some have and we are waiting on others. Sadly some buffoon spoiled some of his tests by exposing them to light so they have to be run again ---------- Post added 10-01-2017 at 14:08 ---------- I cant afford it but ill be seeing if the bank can extend my overdraft and offer a loan so cross your fingers for me ---------- Post added 10-01-2017 at 14:09 ---------- Sorry to hear this. Well done for keeping cool. Ill be honest that would have ground my gears if it were me.
  11. Update but before I do thank you to eveyone who has posted and I will make a point of answering you all individually today at some point. We are pushing for a move to NGH. Apparently we have something called the patient constitution we can use to get my boy treated where we like So we will be Re the Surgeon who my boy is under. He is a bloody liar!! He told my lads mum a bare faced and easily provable lie right to her face and rather stupidly in front of another staff member who confirmed the lie today. This lie is the final straw and any confidence we had in him and Rotherham hospital has now gone. ---------- Post added 10-01-2017 at 14:02 ---------- Hi. Thanks for your kind words. No he has no medical problems as a rule so really nothing preventing the hospital with diagnosing his condition At this time no diagnosis has been made and the meds are not controlling the pain. He now cannot swallow so he is unable to take meds in tablet form. I am getting more and more worried about the state of things. We just want our boy back Thank you for your post ---------- Post added 10-01-2017 at 14:04 ---------- I cannot begin to tell you how much I want to do this Unfortunatly he is on a drip and has a tube up his nose and into his stomach so there would be no way we can discharge him and take him ourselves Thank you for you comments though Its appreciated ---------- Post added 10-01-2017 at 14:05 ---------- Sorry. I dont get your point with this post
  12. RIP to the poor man that died and my deepest sympathy to the police officer and the mans family.
  13. Sorry to hear about your situation. I hope you are fully recovered and 100% well again. An update... My son is much worse now, he was taken back to hospital and is seemingly getting worse daily. The hospital have been terrible with incidents ranging from denying him his pain relief and denying him his other meds, giving him medication he is allergic to, leaving him covered in blood after he had some sort of panic attack and tore his drip out of his arm. The list goes on and I need to move hospitals before they bloody kill him. I was all for NGH but having read your story Norseman im none too keen. Ive been told we can transfer to any hospital. Can anyone please recommend a hospital for my lad?
