  1. You looked into meal replacement shakes. High protein and nutrient shakes that replace a normal meal leaving you feeling full at very low calories. Iā€™d advise keeping at least on full meal each day though.
  2. Only had a boost about a month ago, would be impressed of I received free boost again this year.
  3. I was told it was an area problem, should be an area wide fix by the end of august.
