  1. Needs to be a shield between people, to stop the person next to you from peeping. Football grounds are worse for this
  2. Tax code CIH = cash in hand
  3. If alcohol is a problem why not increase taxation to solve that problem I would have no problem paying £10 per pint if it kept the riff raff out of my local
  4. Totally agree, I think car usage should be massively reduced as I am fed up of being stuck in traffic jams. Surely some form of tax would make a sizeable percentage of car owners consider other methods of transport? It would free up the roads
  5. Does that include when the headlights are on, heating is on, when the windscreen wipers are being used?
  6. Huddersfield v Birmingham The game of the season for those teams in the bottom 4
  7. Out of a 24 hour day I reckon buses need to be active 20 hours per day I am assuming the electric buses can be active 20 hours out of 24?
  8. because it defeats the object ev's are supposed to be better than diesels
  9. if these elecric buses run out of power i hope they dont send somone out in a diesel van to restart it
  10. anyone over the age of 60 will have painful memories of two world wars, and something that we don't want a repeat of Young people have no experience of living through a war
  11. Problem is Huddersfield are matching our results, when we lose they lose, when we win they win, when we draw they draw That is the problem, goal difference If we win every game of the season they will win theres. If we lose every game of the remaining season, they will do they same
  12. Be a good time to invest in a nuke bunker, we have ordered one off Amazon for £55 and it is due to arrive next week
  13. Owls won't beat Stoke, I reckon a draw in this game
  14. Bristol saved the owls from relegation today, had the Huddersfield got the 3 points then the owls would have been doomed
  15. If stoke win this then the Owls are down, but I don't think that will happen Draw for the Owls today But Huddersfield to get the away win A glimmer of hope by 5pm today for Owls fans, as this would mean the owls would only need to get 9 points from their remaining games to be safe
  16. Why not just request the points be docked this season? Where is the sense in starting the new season on a minus number of points
  17. Hitler was elected democratically, so you could argue that democracy doesn't work
  18. There is hope Only bad point was Millwall, they lose to Rotherham, Owls and Huddersfield, but then beat Lester, could have done with Millwall losing. But not bad result in the end, 12 points to go for
  19. Got to be honest, I don't think the owls are going to do it, there are only 12 points to play for after today, could they get 2 more wins? Probably not, if they did no doubt Huddersfield would get 2 more wins. If the owls are to be relegated, at least they get an away day at Blackpool So its not all doom and gloom when the inevitable happens
  20. 1-0 down by 10 minutes The owls need to hope this isn't an 8-0 thrashing, sheffield clubs have seen too many of these this season
  21. Before people say "what about my green field?" I say, what about the next generation who are having to pay over £100,000 for a mere garden shed when people 30 years ago could buy a house for peanuts
  22. More houses need to be built, there is space in Loxley Valley, loads of space near ringinglow and that side of Sheffield, you could have many more houses built if space was freed up. If you had one dog with one kennel, then that is fine. If you buy another dog then common sense says you need to buy another kennel, if you have another dog you need another kennel. 3 dogs cannot be expected to live in one kennel, it is the same with humans If more people are livinig in Sheffield then Sheffield needs more houses, so get the bulldozers out, take out vast chunks of the green belt, ignore local concerns and get building the houses needed
