Really? Thought it was Vodafone. EDIT: Nope, you are correct. Just did a quick Google.

Neither is Virgins service "fibre" to the house. Doesn't come through the phone socket though.

I didn't imply that showing the IMEI was specific to HTC phones, hence why I said Either way dial *#06#. Android devices will either crash the dialer, or simply not show anything if the radio or modem image has become corrupt. The reason I mentioned HTC in the first instance, is if the images have become corrupt, the repair process is a lot more long winded, and requires the bootloader unlocking and achieving S-OFF.

Is it a HTC phone by any chance? Either way dial *#06#, does it give a long number? (don't post it by the way)

Stick your phone number in here, and see whats available. https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/

Admittedly, I don't leave a note if someone boxes me in and need to get out. My car is worth bugger all, so really don't care.

How can i dual boot a HP 15 windows 10 laptop ?
durrbop replied to red1's topic in Computer & Tech Chat
The USB port you're trying to boot from is USB 2.0 right? I had a similar issue with an Acer travelmate. To solve I turned on UEFI and disabled USB 3 support in BIOS. -
Phone socket faceplate do I need one for fibre.

He is connected to the test point, the likelihood of any star wiring is practically non existent. I suggested that he could use a microfilter connected to the test point without fitting a a face plate. Fibre broadband does not need the "10 day stabilization" period that ADSL does, this is a myth. DLM does effect fibre however, so as long as you don't go switching the router off frequently, DLM shouldn't be an issue unless there is a genuine fault. -

Will work fine with a filter direct into the test socket. No need to replace the face plate, unless it bothers you. -

Glad I wasn't the only one who thought this when it popped up. -
New speed camera on Penistone Road?
durrbop replied to the_mandarin's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
The camera has been updated, and flipped round according to an acquaintance on Facebook. Now it points towards town, as opposed to Hillsborough. imgur.com/ELvUOzh -
As a life long blade, I wish SWFC all the best.

Oh, thanks for explaining that, I'm 100% convinced now ---------- Post added 28-04-2016 at 10:09 ---------- 3 posts now young lady. You ever hear of a lurker? I've been browsing these forums for quite a while, you only need an account to post. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that Cyclone, however long standing he might be, is full of bobbar.

Sure you have....

Sounds to me like it's loosing power temporarily, thus resetting. Try setting the clock an your TV, and checking to see if it looses time when your channels "disappear"
