He had a cut while working and it require stitches, how can you time what time to visit A&E?.? . Any one with more then a few brain cell would have work out it need stitches. It took the person less then 5 minutes to do it, so why was he kept waiting for 5hours?

A simple way to cut the queue is to work extra 2 hours aday until all the back log is all clear. Then we wouldn't have this problem
