We will also have a display of original carnival costumes used in the Sheffield, Leeds and London carnivals, with a chance for you to try on your favourite one! Live African drummers! A musical journey from Calypso and Mento, through to Soul, Ska, Rock Steady and Reggae. Learn about the origins of traditional African attire, and see people wearing these outfits, with a chance to hear what they have to say about their heritage.
