Sorry to hear that. My son has had CF for the last 2 years, however, he is now getting back to something of what he used to be, in fact, yesterday he went climbing, albeit for a short time, but he still felt able to...Good Sign! He's been taking vitamins & supliments etc and he's got a program of self help from the internet. Getting back to what you were asking(!) There are yoga classes for CF sufferers, I think if you look in the ads in the Star or look on Google you'll find a class in Sheffield. Hope this is useful!!
