Hello everyone. This is my first post on SF but I check SF for news and advice! My girlfriend and I are shopping around for houses in Sheffield but due to our circumstances (she's Canadian) mortgage lenders are only allowing us to borrow up to 75,000. This severely limits our areas to view properties as I'm sure you'll agree. My question to the forum is this: is winn gardens (or WG as people use often here) suitable for a young first-time buyer couple to live in? Looking online the property available has a gorgeous interior and a garden leading on to a park besides the river Don. But reading posts on here dating back to 2006 there is such a contrast in opinions! I'd greatly appreciate anyone who currently lives around or knows someone who lives around winn gardens if they have any advice to give. Thank you.
