Hi, the best place for tools is probably 'Screwfix' opp B & Q on Queens Road, I use it all the time, you'll be spoilt for choice.

Mindless yobbos are at it at Crookes, they have smashed three estate agent windows with lumps of concrete which look to me to have been taken from outside the Horse and Rider shop. Its a pity they dont have anything else to do except cause other people grief, they are as thick as pig s..t.

Hi all, I live in a semi with a shared drive, and and our new car is parked on the front of the driveway and we are getting stone chip damage on the paintwork on the rear nearside of the vehicle ! The car stays there all day so it should be safe. The trouble is our neighbour is so jealous, vindictive and obnoctious we are certain its him doing the damage under the cover of darkness as its very dark inbetween our houses. I have cctv on the front but it does'nt cover the side. Im thinking of putting up a light and cctv on the side now to try and catch him, what else can I do ?

Hi Shabba, the best one around in my opinion is T-Mobile on their 'everyone' plan. All calls are 12p per min inc accross network and land lines. Go to their site and you might still be able to receive a free sim card as I did.

Hi Tatty Bear, I live next door to Jayne and her sister Deborah, brothers Glen and Chris all live locally. Mum and dad still live at Crookes too, dads name is Terry, cant remember mums name. Hi Pobby, if by some chance the shower is a Mira, these showers have filters inside the nuts on the hot and cold water pipes, and it sounds to me like you have a blockage, probably old flux residue which is something that I've come across frequently as a plumber. Other makes of showers will also have filters inside them aswell, usually around the same location. These are to stop any foreign bodies from entering into the actual mechanism's and damaging the shower unit. They are quite easy to clean out once the water is turned off, but you may need to completely remove the mixer valve t carry out the cleaning of the filters.

Yep, you could get a pony in there, something for the school kids to ride on on there way home. Not an ideal location for owt really not even a toilet. Its a coleague of mine that bought it off the council, and was told he had permission to turn it into a cafe, a larger building with a wall around it, but now he can't according to a cutting in the sheffield star, they've objected to it ! I'd sue the b----- council.

What is the new owner of the crosspool toilet going to do now ? If he can't cut any tree's down and he can't extend the building and he can't have his cafe ????? maybe he will have to open them as new toilets !

You could try Herbert Faireys & Sons on Barber Road @ Commonside, Walkley. I'm a plumber and I go there for my materials, and they have a large showroom at reasonable prices. If they aint got it, they can probably get it.
