I didn't know that I could ask for the case file. I did ask why they wasn't going to charge him they said they couldn't argue with the doctors. My family have been let down before with the police in Sheffield. I don't have any faith in them. Fred.

My car was hit in Sainburys car park in Crystal peaks. The person who damaged my car was caught on camera the police had his reg and the camera showed hm getting out of his car to check if his car was damaged then driving off. The police wrote him a letter and he said he couldn't remember doing the damage because he suffered with memory loss. They didn't charge him. I was left with over £1,000 worth of damage.

Billy did play/sing in the Brunswick back then. I knew Billy when he had a flat in Gell Street I had a flat in the same house.😊

Has Sainsburys stopped charging a pound for the trolleys now? You had to take your trolley to a trolley parking bay to get your pound back.

My son and daughter in law went last week, they both said they had a lovely day out and would certainly go again.

I have many friends and family in Liverpool and we always have a laugh. Forgot to say I also worked in Liverpool and surrounding areas for many years.

I remember Ron he was stood at the bar in the Penny Farthing club. He was wearing a light suit I noticed a piece of cotton on the front of his jacket so tried to pick it off but it got longer and longer. He was laughing at the shock on my face and then he showed me the bobbin of cotton in his inside pocket. I still laugh about it.

I was born in the city 73 years ago, I need my car to get around due to ill health. Catching a bus or tram is no good because you end up well away from where you need to be.

I totally agree with Anna B I won't go into town anymore its a total nightmare. Also what happens if you don't have internet to search Google?

Hello alchresearch, thank you for replying to me. fools another forum member has been trying to help me but because I haven't a clue how computers work I have decided to take the laptop into a computer shop to see if it's worth repairing. The harddrive is working and I have some recovery disks so maybe the shop will be able to get it running again. Thanks again. Fred.
