It would benefit lots of businesses in stannington, the empty public houses, the struggling shops, the houses are beautiful, why would anyone oppose this wonderful opportunity of a lovely development like this ? Look at the new wood lane development ? surely that's better than the old derelict building that stood before ? I ,m looking forward to another 88 dwellings , let's get stannington moving . we don't, want a ghost town do we ?
