  1. I worked at TG Lilleymans on Clubmill Road back in the 70s, it was a forge with drop stamping hammers, down at the end of the road was the Farfield pub, went in there many a day went fishing with the club, and of course the famous Sheffield Rolling Mills across the bridge
  2. the eric I'm on about was there about 1970 he went to a pub in stanington
  3. I went in the greave for many years started early 70s, landlord then was a little fat bloke think his name was Eric, that was before the extension went on, the pub then was half sized. Then a bloke called Terry took over with his wife Flo, I moved and stopped going in then, remember loads of lads from that era as I lived just up the road
  4. there name was ward I knew them well used to see kevin in the high greave, brian Ibbotson had a brother Gary, whats your name do I know you?
  5. remember the birdcage, went a few times always got a bit heated with us Sheffield lads from eccelsfield and the locals, but still went back , a good night think this was early 80s
  6. when I was there mid 70s the boss was stuart hamillton lilleymans son in law and general manager Roy a big bloke cant remember his surname. I worked with the Fisher bros Bill and think the other one was Bob, he was a shotblaster worked with Bill White, and Bill was a tool maker worked upstairs
  7. Brian Ancliff AKA Andy worked with him 74 onwards
  8. used to go to faces nearly every thurs night back early 80s started upstairs then finished the night downstairs see my old mucka faces djs Russ Palmer . Good times
  9. loved the place used to go all the time when it first opened we came from ecco but it was worth it, fab place never to be repeated

  11. I went to colley from 1970 to 1974 knew lee ganley, george scaife , ray petre, roy wilson, tads, arnie palmer to name a few

  13. i worked there from about 1978 to 1982, i remember all these names i used to go drinking with Frank. and saw Bill in the Lane Top Club
