All you need to do is get an application in to us as soon as you can- today would be really great as we're currently going through submissions but if not any time before 6th March. Just fill the musicians application form in online, you'll find it on our website and then you're away! It's a really simple form, just a link to your music, name address etc. Nothing complicated! ONLY TWO WEEKS REMAINING!!! There’s only TWO weeks left to get your applications in for our amazing 2Weeks2Make It Music Video Competition! So if you haven’t already, get those applications in quick!!! Now is the time! 2Weeks2Make It is our annual music video competition. It is now in it’s 7th year running and will be bigger and better than ever with tons of great prizes up for grabs worth over £3000! The competition sees filmmakers randomly matched with a band or musician at our industry day. From there you have two weeks to collaborate and develop a music video, so no pressure! This year’s production period will be 13-27 March, with a fantastic Launch Event on March 13th to kick it all off! It’s free to apply- successful applicants will need to pay a small fee to compete. For Musicians there is a one off fee of £75. Filmmakers must be a member of the SYFN, which costs £25 per year (£15 for students) – this includes admission to an annual industry day, the year-long Directions training course, networking events, screenings and one-to-one advisory sessions, all on top of a host of other fantastic discounts! Other Prizes include- £700 in CASH, £1000 worth of equipment hire at Pro Vision, a full days’ recording session for the winning band, free meals at top restaurants, cases upon cases of beers, tickets and memberships to a range of different events and tons more!
