  1. A cabbage patch doll would be a cheaper alternative to Olivia Coleman with no drop in acting talent.
  2. Yes the Bond franchise needs a female Bond, it’s old, boring and past its sell by date so like Doctor Who it needs a female lead role to finish it off
  3. Keep a diary and note the when and who. a solicitor would find it a goldmine when you make a claim
  4. To be fair I’ve never heard anything positive or good about Virgin airlines. so basically it’s risky buying anything from them.
  5. I’m old enough to actually remember when Sheffield Wednesday were a decent team. or maybe I imagined it.
  6. Flamboyant in a gay sort of way? Hardly difficult for a homosexual man is it?
  7. As an alternative can we postpone the Premiership for a short while, maybe for 25 years or so. That would be nice.
  8. Two BBC presenters, David Attenborough and Rylan Clark-Neal How much further can standards drop?
  9. Does it? Trying to reverse the wishes of the majority in a referendum was the only really stupid thing.
  10. Well it’s certainly not a 24 carat production Mind you it ticks the PC boxes
  11. Any production via BBC3 is likely to be a load of rubbish. the TV equivalent of “dad dancing”
  12. This Country is as funny as watching a coffin warp.
  13. Hi Paul, Mike here the H&S bloke from Aurora/Firth Rixson Good to hear you are still alive and kicking, I didn’t realise you were that old lol
  14. Oddballs? Those not wanting to talk about SWFC?
  15. The EFL are waiting for the right time to apply the points deduction They will wait until Wednesday have enough points in the bag so the deduction doesn’t relegate them. Had Wednesday been playing a bit better with plenty of points then the EFL would have already applied the deduction By the way, my house is for sale, it’s a bog standard semi detached house in Sheffield 6, needs lots of repairs. Asking price? a snip at £2.5 million
  16. So then, we eliminate racism in football, which would be the end of organisations like “Kick it Out” That means job losses at that organisation, must be odd earning a living where the thing you hate pays your bills and if you’re successful you’re unemployed
  17. Actually I’ve tried that, so have a couple of friends. You have to get past an assistant who wants to know what you want to say in advance, then they have a “will call you back” system. That’s how they “vet” who gets on air and which club is being talked about. Apparently the best way to put forward a view about Sheffield Utd, Barnsley, Rotherham or Doncaster is to tell the researcher that it’s a praise for Sheffield Wednesday or to call yourself Dinnington Owl or something similar then you’ve got a chance of being on air before they “run out of time”
  18. Yes, it was all about Sheffield Wednesday.........AGAIN
  19. Trevor Phillips was also the man that was brave enough to point out that knife crime was predominantly the domain of the young black male Somebody that tells the truth within the Labour Party can’t be tolerated, they will do him a favour by expelling him.
  20. I think he’s an inspiration to all talentless individuals sort of , “looks guys, I can do it, so can you” He fits in well at the current day BBC
  21. Spitting every 30 seconds is still acceptable it seems, but at least they pray to the heavens at every opportunity to offset the risk.
  22. BBC Radio Sheffield is awful It’s increasingly “woke” and had a definite remain bias during brexit. Toby Foster us about as funny as mumps and the sport coverage is basically the Sheffield Wednesday propaganda machine. if it disappeared overnight then it wouldn’t be missed by the majority
  23. Yes I recently went back to my childhood neighbourhood in Tinsley. It’s changed beyond recognition, and not for the better.
