As an outsider Sheffield to me is a very parochial town which doesn't embrace changes and is crippled by its past. It hasn't moved with the times and terrible planning decisions along with over-zealous bent parking wardens has only drove businesses away to real cities like Leeds.

A freind of mine used to work for the DWP. He didn't reach the 'expection targets' (sanctions) and recieved various warnings for incompetence. He works elsewhere now and voluntarily teaches people like me how to play the system so we all receive maximum sickness and disabilty benefits. I'm now very comfortable and just work cash in hand.
