she ask for a cheap flat to rent meaning she doesnt own the house and on housing benefit. even if she own the house it doesnt take much working out to rent her house out and use the rent to get a better area. as old saying if you cant.stand the heat. get out of kitchen. you cant change 80% of people in area to suit the 20% crying about it.
