I know there have been a few threads posted about the Peninsula, mainly about one of the rental management companies, but i wondered what it was actually like to live there. I.e quality of building. Is it quiet? Etc. Comments would be appreciated.

I live in a south facing flat with huge windows. During the Summer the flat gets very warm. I have heard of a film that can be applied to inside of the windows to cut out the heat and glare. Has anyone on here ever used such a thing, and was it successful?

I know there are various threads on here about city centre apartments, but not read an updated one for some time. Now the issues and debates of new builds has died down, i wondered what developments have stood the test of time. Which are the best and which are the worst.

Just had a bright yellow mountain bike stolen from a city centre apartment underground car park. It has got Stanley Tools written on bike. If anyone notices it, as it is very distinctive looking could they message me. Many thanks for reading!
