I live in town at the moment, and realised I've become extremely unfit and need to get more exercise into my life. I use to do abit of Kickboxing so wouldn't mind that for women classes. Any available classes near town? However I would still be interested in recommendations in other martial arts. Thank you for clicking and reading

She's called Nyx, she's small but very fluffy black mongrel cat with orange eyes. About 6-7months. We lost her this morning, believed she must have jumped out window. We miss her so much, if you see her please contact me. I feel broken without her! S2 behind train station.
