Teams are beating each other week in and week out with not many teams standing out (other than top two) so how does that make it weak if everyone is evenly matched? From reading EFL statement it's more about the timings/date of sale that has caused Owls to be charged. Villa and Derby sold their ground in the same year as their accounts were filed. Seems Chansiri filed sale in an earlier year despite dates on the land registry being after the accounts were filed.
