Ive had my first Chiropractce session in Sheffield and feel like i have been in a car crash should i ache afterwards and will more sessions cure my ailing spine?

I am looking to getting an allotment in the S12 area if possible. How do i go about getting one and how much is it likely to cost? I only want a small one .

Be very careful who you use even if highly recommended. my sister had a partial metal pallate denture and it broke within ten months. apparantly they cant be guarranteed and wasnt given a reason why and she paid £1,110 for it !!!
