  1. It might have gone to live up there given it's name, what with all this Brexit stuff.
  2. How do we have the points immigration system what is being talked about and wanted by many and the reason many voted out for, with regards to accepting freedom of movement by being in the single market? do they try and negotiate putting a limit on people coming here from the EU if they haven't got the skills we need? how would our government qualify that negotiation to appease the people who voted out because of the offer of a points based immigration system?
  3. The disabled people who have been claiming income related disability benefits like ESA or the previous equivalent, should have had their national insurance contributions credited and be entitled to a state pension. If they haven't worked due to disability and have been living off their partners money, they wont get anything. Same applies to unemployed people who claim income related JSA, they get their national insurance contributions credited aswell. It's always best to claim ESA if your disabled or JSA if your unemployed, even if your not entitled to the weekly allowance due to savings etc, you might still get your national insurance contributions credited.
  4. What type of electorate should and shouldn't be voting for them, and why?
  5. Link to the sky news debate with Michael Gove: ---------- Post added 04-06-2016 at 01:16 ---------- If we vote Brexit and the tories have a points based immigration policy in their next manifesto and pledge to spend the money saved from being in the E.U. on our public services, then I think the next general election will be a conservative landslide, sending UKIP into oblivion. But if we stay in the E.U. I can only see UKIP getting stronger and may have power or at least be a part of a coalition in 2025/30 possibly with another referendum on the E.U. Interesting times. I'm actually low skilled/payed and I'm happy and understand why people come from other country's for a better life, because at some point in time my family did and so did every other British persons descendants, because that's the main reason why people move to other country's, for a better life. But understand at the same time that too many low skilled immigrants puts mine and other peoples job opportunity's at risk when people come from country's that are happy to do jobs for minimum wage, because that pay is a lot more than they would get in their home country's, so welcome a change in immigration policy to potentially safe guard these jobs for British people because not every low skilled person can or wishes to upskill, some just don't have it in them and are like me are actually happy with their lot and like simple jobs. I understand that some British people don't want to do back breaking jobs for minimum wage, there's some jobs I wouldn't do for minimum wage, but the people who don't want to do these jobs aren't representative of all the unemployed British people who can't currently find work, so the argument that we need people from other country's to fill these jobs because lazy British people won't do them is a bit unfair to be honest. I wonder if Britain, regardless of if we stay in or leave E.U., we will be the first to negotiate selective immigration within freedom of movement.
  6. The debates were on sky news which is available on freeview and freesat. Link to the sky news Cameron debate from yesterday: I'll post the link for the Gove one when it's uploaded, if noone beats me to it. ---------- Post added 03-06-2016 at 23:27 ---------- The people I know who have gone from Labour to UKIP are mostly low skilled/payed, are UKIP actually for these people...
  7. Is there any restrictions within the current freedom of movement when it comes to numbers allowed in? if not why not?, surely it can't be infinite.
  8. There seems to be a lot of conflict when it comes to religion and science arguing whether god exists etc, people making out it's either one or the other, but to me it's about bringing them together. Here's how I see it.. God = man because God according to the bible made man in it's own image, so when people say the bible is gods word, it's mans word in the understanding of god. Jesus and the people what wrote the bible seemed to be smarter than the average person in their times and used their learning to explain things and were speaking of their understanding of what god meant back then, just like Scientists do now with science when they explain evolution. Remember people were really simple minded back then compared to now, obviously now days god doesn't mean a supreme being with a beard in clouds controlling the world or however it's been portrayed by some. God in Christianity means the creator which in modern times using the help of science, god/creator seems to be space and creation of the universe which created the planets, stars, sun which gave life to the earth and eventually us. The bible is just an explanation of the old way of seeing things before science existed, it's about understanding what god means in modern times, which is man because we are the ones who made everything up after developing language and words and meanings which fit into how we see things, there was no science back then, no way to demonstrate things like we do now so most of it was made up using the basic understanding of the world back then. God = creator creator now days = space/big bang/universe To thank god is to thank ourselves and all of the creation, it's showing appreciation for existence. It's about combining old ways and new ways of understanding. Some people just don't like the word "God" because of the supreme higher being in clouds meaning, they see it has silly now days, but we are the supreme higher beings because we evolved to a point where we could make everything up. If people don't believe we are the higher beings try seeing the creation of the world from a dog or cats point of view. God is the energy what gives us life, we all share it. Luke 17:21 - nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is in your midst."
  9. So space created the big bang and has always been there, so space is god and god is eternal and gave us enough space for us to exist, ah I see now! thank you Lord.
  10. god/creator created the creator because everything created has a creator, god is the creator of everything including its self, science says the big bang, but what created the big bang? god/creator did because it was a creation where did it begin? with god/creator of course, god/creator is everything because god/creator is part of the creation. who says it has to begin maybe its always been there. to keep your faith in god is to keep your faith in everything and that obviously includes ourselves which is the most important bit because we are in charge of life e.g we get to decide if we and everything else exist. take away us humans and what do we have from a learning what everything means point of view? nothing. we made it all up to fit in with how we learn. so if everything stayed the same and we never existed what would it be? nothing.
